What do I do? (And where is my NO button?)

A computer microprocessor chip placed on a plain, light gray surface, casting a shadow to the right.

I DO -

  • work with misbehaving applications, power and boot issues, blue screens, and slow computers

  • Troubleshoot most other forms of Operating System and/or software glitches on PCs, Macs, Chromebooks, phones and tablets.

  • Set up new computers (including all app and file transfer from your old computer), printers, routers, and most other internet devices

  • Replace and upgrade basic computer hardware such as RAM, storage drives and laptop batteries.

I DON’T -

  • replace screens or keyboards on any devices

  • Work with any hardware on phones or tablets

(Life is too short for all of that).
