Tech support that speaks human

Close-up of a smiling woman with blonde hair and glasses, wearing a black and gray top and a red shirt with a white anchor necklace, in a room with shelves and a computer in the background.

When my mom first started this company, she aimed to produce a brand of service that offered a friendly, alternative approach to what tech support usually looks like. She envisioned a down-to-earth, no jargon, personal touch, I’m-not-your-standard-IT-gal kind of tech support company. She wanted to positively change people’s perspectives about how IT professionals do business. And based on the number of her return customers I see to this day, I’d say she did just that.

Since taking over in 2021, I have made it my commitment to stick to that brand of service. So while this is a typical computer support shop in one sense - I fix computers, set up networks, and do all the other things typical computer shops do — I offer more than just that.

I help people use their technology better, understand it, and hopefully enjoy it more. I help businesses understand their needs and find better ways to get things done. I offer a personalized support experience that takes the person using the technology into consideration.

I’m not a natural at technology - I’m an English major at heart, and my mom used to be my tech support. It took me a lot of time and effort to get where I’m at today, so I promise I make zero judgements about whatever level of technical skill you have. I’m not here to make you feel like you don’t know what you’re doing. I’m here to fix your technology, help you feel more comfortable using it, and hopefully put a smile on your face in the process!
