It's a typical computer support shop in one sense - I do fix computers, set up networks, and all the other things typical computer shops do. But I offer more than that. I help people use their computers better, understand them, and hopefully enjoy them more. I help businesses understand their needs and find better ways to get things done. I offer a personalized support experience that takes the person using the computer into consideration. I understand that everyone uses and understands their computers differently and should receive help accordingly.
